Our services are focused on building code plan review and inspection services, and can be tailored to fit each jurisdictions requirements. Complete building plan reviews will typically be completed at 75% of the jurisdiction’s collected building plan review fee, and shall include a first and second plan review of submitted documents. Projects that require a third (or more) plan review cycle shall be subject to additional fees, according to a mutually agreed upon hourly rate schedule. Typical plan reviews shall be completed in two weeks (or ten working days), and re-checks require an additional week for completion. Larger and more complicated plan reviews may require additional time for completion of the first review. While inspection services shall be as agreed to with the jurisdiction, and be invoiced hourly. Yet our services are such that we can often adjust the typical to account for unusual construction requirements, such as phased permitting (i.e., foundation only, shell/core only, etc.). Likewise, the limits of our review can also be adjusted as requested, as we can review all facets of the model building codes, or only selected trades and portions of the project.
