Company President: Jeffrey Earls has been involved with the revaluation process, working with many municipalities in every county in the State of New Hampshire. Starting in 2005 Jeff began working on revaluations and updates in Vermont.
As a NH DRA Certified Supervisor, he was employeed at the NH Department of Revenue Administration as the Property Appraisal Division Assistant Director.
In 1998 Jeff started Earls and Associates with the philosophy of fair, accurate and ethical assessing practices, which were embedded into his employees. Many employees of Cross Country Appraisal Group, and other private revaluation companies, started as traineew with the NHDRA under Jeff's guidance, advancing to assessors and supervisors, and follwed him from the NHDRA to the private sector.
In 2004, as a group, several experienced certified supervisors and assessors with the same assessing goals combined forces and created Cross Country Appraisal Group, LLC.
Our DRA Certified Assessors and Assessor Supervisors have over 175 years of combined revaluation experience. Working in New Hampshire and Vermont, we understand small and mid-size municipal governments.
