Grainger Realty, LLC; the broker would be me, Reed R. Grainger. I have been in the real estate brokerage business in the area since getting a salesman's license in 1986. I opened this office on October 1, 2003. I owned and operated a brokerage in Cripple Creek from 1989 through part of 2002, sold it and was employed by it until opening Grainger Realty. Ruth Grainger has been licensed since August of 2006. Before coming to Grainger Realty she worked in Colorado Springs at Heritage Realty for a year.
